Return Window

You may return any item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted for a valid reason as described in the Return Limitations section.

Return Limitations

Returns will only be accepted for one of the valid reasons:

• Item not as described – Wrong player, wrong item, wrong year, missing COA, etc.
• Arrived damaged or broken – Cracked frame, bent card, torn jersey, etc.
• Authentication failure – High standing third-party authenticator (PSA, JSA, Beckett, etc.) deems the autograph or item inauthentic or altered after purchase (lifetime coverage – no 30-day limit).
• Wrong item shipped – We sent you a different item than what you ordered.
• Item never arrived – Lost in transit (we’ll either reship or refund).

Not accepted as valid reasons:
“Changed my mind,” “Didn’t like it,” “Found it cheaper elsewhere,” “Bought for someone else and they didn’t want it,” "Purchased by accident." etc.

Conditions for Return

• Item must be in the same condition as received
• Original packaging and COA must be included
• Item must not be damaged by buyer

Authenticity Disputes

If a third-party authenticator deems an item inauthentic after purchase, we offer a full refund (including shipping). Said third-party authenticator must be the same authenticator or one of similar standing (e.g., PSA, JSA, Beckett).

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@danieldittacollectibles.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
